Peter Bowman...

has been developing design concepts through architectural plans, renderings and three-dimensional models, as well as drafting, creating architectural sketches, and preparing complete permit and construction documents since 2007, as well as taking on intermittent independent design/build commissions.  He has a keen interest in the problem-solving of design and the details of construction, and how the two go hand-in-hand.  His time as a project architect and an independent contractor have shaped his strong sense of business ethics and professional practice.

He received his Masters in Interior Architecture from Columbia College Chicago in May 2008 where he studied architecture and furniture design and construction.  His thesis focused primarily on Ecological Design and the responsibility of designers to effectively manage the built environment.  LEED accredited in 2009,  Peter plans to continue moving forward in his study of good design, building methods and the advancement of our industrial ecology.
